Let Jeff guide you through a great workout, youll be sweating by the end of it. Choose your duration (5, 10, 15, 20, or 25 minutes), choose your workout, and get jumping!
For each workout well start off with a 30 second warm up period, followed by 20 seconds of a jump, and 10 seconds rest. Well have a longer, 30 second rest, at every 5 minute mark.
